At Trafalgar Primary School, we understand that transitioning to school is one of the most important milestones in your child's life. Our comprehensive transition program ensure that this process is a smooth and exciting time for you and your family.
Along with the two sessions outlined below, we also offer a Parent Information Evening that helps you to prepare your child for school. This will be held on:
Wednesday 27th November from 5.30pm until 6.30pm.
Whilst the below two session will ensure that your child is well prepared for school, we encourage you to contact us on (03) 5633 1566 if you feel your child would benefit from additional transition sessions.
Please note: In Session 1 and 2, the class your child is in may not necessarily be the class they will be placed in the following year.
